Cheap-looking, standard, awful views of parking lot, vent units from many units

Beautiful and spacious, if these condos where in NW,DC they would easily go for $400,000. Hopefully with the new Skyland project and the MLK project the entire area will begin a gentrification process.

Read all the reviews you want but when you're finished hop in the car & point it toward Norbeck Rd. so that you can arrive at THE BEST HAMBURGER IN DC! Urban Burger is worth the drive. Hands down the best burger around town and don't forget to try the Soul Rolls! VERY FRIENDLY STAFF!!!

I?ve also been to clubs everywhere from Miami, NYC, LA and Europe and I must admit, DC does not fall short, believe me. The crowd, well that?s a whole other story, but Josephine definitely offers some of the best we can see in DC...you will find a well dressed crowd that actually takes pride in their club going experience, and you will also find comfort in the table experience. It?s not just about "drinking" it?s also about your own private area where you won?t be bothered. Overall, I think it?s a very nice, chic place......and although it might be easier for some to get in, for those who stick around and wait, it will be worth it if you have the right attitude......don?t hate....congratulate!

There were several factors that drew me to buy at LPT. One was the location which was perfect for me since I work on Capitol Hill. Second, was the price/size of the apartment. It''''s hard to find a good sized apartment in DC for under $300k! And to top it all off, it''''s a new building and isn''''t one of those huge projects on Condo Canyon down on Mass Ave NW. Being a small building will hopefully aid with neighborly connections which is often lacking in other buildings. I encourgae you to visit during an open house which is held every weekend. It''''s worth checking out!

Horrible sushi?? I don''''t think so. The sushi is VERY GOOD!! Especially their out of control roll. Their waiters are the friendly and will constantly ask whether you need anything or not. The owner is also VERY friendly. If you don''''t like it, don''''t go. I''''m sure the waiters there don''''t want to serve you and don''''t want to waste their food on you.

Authur Bryant's has better smoke and Super Smokers has better sauce. Sorry, but UBQ isn't best in the country. It is decent though.

Of all of the places my wife and I have been checking our over the past year we very excited to purchase a place at the Floridian. The style, location, sales staff, design, products, etc. is incredible. Their products that are included in the price are most condo''s upgrades. With the secure parking, rooftop area, near by nightlife and 1/2 black from a metro... how can you beat it!
